All the room for a sailing package

If you want to take a sailing trip on the ijsselmeer, a lemsteraak is the ship to rent. Our barge is of the “fisherman” type and therefore has a spacious cockpit. There is more than enough room for as many as 20 people. Plus a large table to have drinks, catch up and eat. Or have a meeting first.

Below deck, you can take a seat in the saloon. During your sailing trip, we will arrange a sparkling package for you.

A customized sailing day

Catering

We like to put some goodies in front of our guests. The buffet of cold and hot tapas is always particularly well appreciated. In consultation, of course, much more is possible.

For example, the tapas buffet could look like this.

Cold

Rolls of Serrano ham with mozzarella, basil and aceto balsamic vinegar
Cold tortilla of potato and zucchini
Bruschetta with a tomato salsa
Manchego cheese
Pieces of Spanish sausage and ham
Olives
Ciabatta with herb butter, aioli, pesto aioli and tapenade

Warm

Patatas bravas, spicy potatoes from the oven with tomato sauce
Spanish meatballs in truffle gravy
Marinated borrel legs ( chicken) with garlic and soy sauce
Mushrooms in a garlic oil

Sample program with a lemsteraak

18:30	Welcome aboard. We serve drinks while the skipper tells you about the history of the ship.
18:45	The mooring lines go loose and the sails go up. Want to help hoist, steer and navigate? Join us!
19:15	In the salon below deck, the tapas buffet opens.
22:30	End of your evening cruise in the port of Muiden.

Prices include skipper and harbor fees.
These rental prices do not include 9% VAT, catering and serving staff.
Port of departure is Muiden, other ports are possible by arrangement.
