Together with an Amsterdam star chef, we have developed a unique concept: live cooking on board. During your cruise through Amsterdam, an experienced chef will prepare a perfect 3-course dinner for you. While admiring Amsterdam’s canal houses from the Belle van Zuylen, the Dame van Amstel or the Adeline, enjoy his cooking. And everything comes straight from the kitchen to the table.
The chef has his own favorites, including skin-fried sea bass with Alaskan scallop and grilled Black Angus steak with potato-corn croquette, grilled greens and homemade BBQ sauce. But, of course, much more can be done.
The menu can be put together by mutual agreement. For example, you might think of a particular cuisine, or a theme related to the reason for the cruise. Our chef will gladly think with you about a suitable interpretation of your live cooking arrangement in Amsterdam.
Reception on board with a welcome drink of your choice. As the salon boat sails, the crew serves upscale appetizers. Meanwhile, the chef begins his cooking.
