The cruise begins with reception and a welcome drink. While you sail along Amsterdam’s canals getting acquainted with all the beauty the Amstel City has to offer, our chef is already busy with the appetizer. Moments later, he goes back to work for you, conjuring a main course and dessert from the kitchen. You are going to have a particularly good time, especially as you pass one illuminated bridge after another in the meantime.
Our largest salon boat, the Dame van Amstel can accommodate up to 53 people for a seated dinner. You can also sit with everyone at one long table on the floating dinner cruise Amsterdam, but that requires a little more space. The number of covers is then limited.
