On a sailboat, everything is different. Time soon no longer counts. The horizon arouses curiosity. It is no longer about where you came from, only about where you want to go. But the most important thing is the moment. How is the wind? How is the water? And what can we do to make the most of it?
A sailing ship makes meters only if the entire crew works well together. It’s about leadership and taking responsibility. But only one can be the captain.
The highly experienced trainers we work with know sailing and team building like no other. Our crew has an eye for it, too. Together, they create a challenging and inspiring sailing environment on board. Your employees will work together. They choose the right course together and hoist the sails together. And they immediately see if what they are doing is producing results. This is not only very useful, but also a lot of fun. And instructive.
Steering a lemsteraak together is a challenge. But it can be done. And no sailing experience is required. Skipper and mate explain how everything works on board and what you can do when to tack more smoothly and gain more speed. Other than that, it’s just a matter of doing it.
A lemsteraak can accommodate up to 22 people. But if you want to sail with more people, you can of course use more ships. Especially during family days sailing, we find that large families need more boats. And then there’s another great thing that comes with it: athletic competition. Giving just a little more, going that one step further to stay ahead of the other ships.
We have extensive experience in organizing a Lemsteraken Regatta and would be happy to tell you more about the possibilities of this event. Would you like to combine sailing with one or more team building activities ashore? Even then we are happy to serve you.

You can rent our sailboat lemsteraak the Grote Jager for a whole day, half day/evening or for a two-day sailing trip where you stay overnight in a hotel. Are you interested in a nice arrangement? Below are our prices.
Our sailing ship Lemsteraak Grote Jager has her berth at Herengracht t/o 43 in Muiden. A short walk from the berth are two large (free) parking lots. You cannot park on the Herengracht, but you can load/unload.
