Boating routes on the Vecht

The Vecht runs from Utrecht, where at officially begins at the Weerdsluis lock, to the beautiful fortified town of Muiden. There the river flows into the Ijmeer at Muiderslot. Along the Vecht are several beautiful towns, all of which can serve as starting points for your boating trip. And so are numerous fun destinations. If you sail on one of our luxury salon boats, you can arrive in the same place you left from. In that case, you will sail in both directions on the river. But you can also board in one place and disembark in another – just how it best fits your schedule.
