What will you do?
With our team of 2 sales and event staff and 1 external account manager, you will ensure that sales run smoothly. As a “cooperating foreman/woman,” you are in the lead in this. You will monitor sales and ensure that all customer requests are completed on time and to their full satisfaction. You identify opportunities and actively think about how to bring in new customers or events. You will keep in touch with existing clients so that we stay top of mind, where necessary you will attend key events. Together with the owners of the company, you will work on the growth strategy. You actively think along in this and take the necessary initiatives. How you go about this and organize your workday is up to you, but at least your concrete, daily tasks will include:
- Tracking all sales, what is the status and where is action needed?
- Preparing quotations.
- Approach potential new customers.
- Liaising with prospects and customers.
- Thinking along with clients in the organization of their event;
- (Co)manage social media;
- Contribute to increasing brand awareness and growth of Rederij Belle.
